Dematerialisation of Shares of Unlisted Public Companies
Dematerialisation of Shares of Unlisted Public Companies

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs ('MCA') had notified that with effect from April 1, 2019, issue of further shares and transfer of all shares by unlisted public companies shall be in dematerialised form only. The rule, Companies (Prospectus and Allotment of Securities) Third Amendment Rules, 2018, requires the unlisted public companies to dematerialise their securities in coordination with Depositories and Share Transfer Agents. This change would lead to significant enhancement of the corporate governance standards in the country.

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum. “I AGREE” BUTTON BELOW, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THE FOLLOWING
