We were the exclusive advisors to a full service advertising company based in Japan, for their acquisition of a majority stake in India of a creative advertising agency based in New Delhi, with effect from June 1, 2018.
This acquisition will help the acquirer strengthen their base in India while they expand their Asian footprint.
